This is Verbals contour mod V1.2

Its very simple, a purple shield is researched, green shield tanks are bought.
red is arty
blue is a TD
and green are turret tanks

L,M, and H are light mediums, and heavies.

Just merge the res file i have with yours, after you back your files up. This will copy over a few flash files to fix the mirror issue.
also go to settings, and in the game tab, make sure "show vehicle tier" box is unchecked.
you should restart your game client after install.

i had missed the m2-mt.
is-3 is a tier 8 again
made the spg red, redder
and made the kv-5 a tier 8 again
