So what happens if you get complained about? Do they check out the complaint? Is it based on how many you get? I'm not really worried about it but I have not seen any explanations about this. Has anyone been complained about? What happens?

The complaint gets passed to the admin people who investigate the claim.  Depending on what it is and how bad the offence is they will take appropriate action.  Really is done on a case by case basis.  Of course multiple complaints for the same issue would go against you.

Wow they are really going to pay people to do that?

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but right after I die in a battle, and If I press rmb at the same time, I can see my name, and under complaints sections, there are two (2). I tried to access it to check what the complaints are but the game crashes immediately.

Although I understand that we have to wait until we get a response from Admins regarding about a filed complaint, but we have the right to know what the complaint was about. Is there any way to check that or do we have to wait until a formal hearing is set?

I was wondering about that too. I worry that griefers will report others for stupid or frivolous reasons. Or for "hacking" as an explanation for why they were killed.

I am not sure HOW? you even complain. Do you click on player or something? Bla. Who cares. It is a game, and mute still works fine.

The number next to Complaint is the amount of complaints you can do, which get reset when doubles do.

You get 3 complaints a day, that's what that number means, nothing else. Ever.

Not sure bots care if you mute them.

I wish there were a way to mute over-pinging.

Not sure you can be too frivolous since you are limited to 3 in game reports per day.

you should be able to find out how many complaints you have against you... could turn into a fun race or sorts  :Smile-bajan2::Smile-bajan2::Smile-bajan2:

My money is on the complaint feature being a useless placebo so they can say "We have a system in place for this" and not deal with complaints. Pretty similar to the team damage system which is there to punish victims as well as ignore their complaints.

True.  But my rep used to be above 50, but some little kids decided to use his 5 +/-'s a day to knock it down.  If the in game complaint system works as well as the complaint system here, I doubt any one will get in trouble for use/abuse of the reporting system.

Maybe it is a placebo-its seems like it would be really tedious to sort though and deal with all of the complaints. I've generally been happy with the TK systems and the ignore function. The only thing I would like to see is ignore working for ping spammers.

+1.  Absolutely no one at Wargaming GAS about this stuff.  They would be INUNDATED with a never-ending stream of complaint processing work... and that ain't gonna happen.

So they put in an "automated" system that is semi-functional and state they have "taken care of the problem... now go away, STFU, and buy gold".
