How about solid black?  It may not be have been historically used in combat, but the game already has concepts that never fought and takes liberties with exiting specs, so why must every camo be 100% historical?  I think we can all agree that a coat of black paint can look good on just about anything, real or virtual, and could be a good "shared" camo that any tank could adopt in-game.

I offer civilian law enforcement as proof of tracked military vehicles being painted solid black, then fielded in real life.

love that Firefly camo where they are trying to hide the longer gun. Germans would shoot Fireflys on sight.
And it looks like they're also trying to disguise the Firefly as an American tank. :Smile_harp::lol:

All I want is custom camo. Make a camo in paint, upload it, pay silver or gold to have it put on your tank.

i say we should have a kind a of custom camo like that in Rainbow6:Vegas2. see the attached youtube for a short demo of thier system

http://www.youtube.c...h?v=wgnKCuPvWkU

the system they have is you have a set of templates, then a set of colors that you can mix in. so maybe have 3 camo patterns with 3 or 4 choices for colors.

I also think there should be a custom clan camo. 1 camo that is on all tanks that use your clans colors

I love that you Devs are plaing on adding more Cammo skins into the game, mainly because I hate all the current German cammo. But would it be possible to add kind of a digital cammo? Make it cost 1k gold I dont care, I would love to see my tanks in digital

That digital is very silar to the skin developed by WARTSniper for the Type 59. I was that impressed by it I purchased the tank just to have the skin.

There are a lot of skins already around that are very presentable. There is some nice flektarn and ambush camo I  like on my german tanks and the Tiger 1 of Otto Carius that includes the files to redo the trurret and gun is a great skin that I use.

Of the current range available I have applied the 1914 US scheme to the Cuningham and I may apply the Ambush camo to my German heavies. Sadly, I don't like any of the current ones enough to spend gold on them.

That said, I would be prepared to buy a skin if it was more to my taste than the current range.

Not near my game PC to be able to source the specific ones I like. I have bookmarked this page and will be back to update in the first week in January.

Now htere is also the British Berlin urban camo scheme that I would love to have for my British hevies when tht line is released.

Here's a link; http://www.emlra.org...lin_brigade.htm

You want my money - give me this camo.

I think it would be cool to have the red primer as a camo.  This was put on the prototype tanks which there are many if in this game.  And who doesn't want a red tank?

The second tiger here still has it on:

Here is said primer in color:

sorry doing this quick on my iphone:
germany: LOVE the colors so far only afrika korps needs some love too but good job so far!
US: meh so so, not anything else i like, but desert i guess because of desert campains in early 1940s
USSR: like the camos so far, but to stick suit a desert one might be needed
China: great love my camo on my type! but again desert
French: havnt seen the camos yet but im sure a desert one is needed here to!
British: no clue!

all in all: desert camos and maybe could you alow us to chang logo to something other than clan logo and faction insignia? IE: afrika corps palm tree (minus swastika) or like a woman on a bomb for americans?

Now here is another idea. How about a single colour that changes depending on the battlefieled. For example on the German tank have it in standard grey for the urban maps. Change to Afrika Corp colour when we hit the desert. A wash of white for the arctic and then a wash of green for the open field maps.

The same colour concept but with diffrent tones would work across all nations.

But wait, there's more. Make it so that the tanks are 'battleworn'. Go take a look at some of the battleworn skins at wotskins.wordpress.com to see the idea.

That is something I would pay for as an adaptive camo. I have over 30 tanks already and am waiting to get the British tanks so I can get them all I reckon there is a bit of money to be made off me.

Its just not wise to paint yourself a solid color that will highlight you (can't be camo if its not making you -less- detectable) - its saying, "Hey, I'm a Space Marine Tank.  Shoot me a LOT."  But i'd probably buy it for my artillery - I die in arty faster than anything.

How about for american tanks the new desert pixel camo? and all the other pixel camos they have.. or start using some skins from sites like this>>Skins here!!

the skins we have now are just cosmetic guys. they have no value to the camo of your tank. so if we're just going cosmetic, how about sharing skins that everyone can see?! :)

Well, since I can't bother with the RU. camo I found used by the 1st Guards in Berlin, I guess English "Indian Pattern" will have to suffice as my suggestion, as found on the Vickers Mk. VIB in Lybia: http://ww2drawings.j.../1-Vehicles(bis)/UK/01-LightTanks/Mk.VIB-IndianPattern/p1.jpg
