1. Cut the "Historical BS" just look at the game, Tell me when historically all 3 nations fought on the same side.
So open up the camo, no restrictions on nationality would be a great start for variety.

2. Single colours would be a great addition as has been said, german grey get rather dreary pretty quickly.

3. A paint box set up would be awesome, sure you'll get some ugly just slapped on looks. But there will be a lot
   of awesomeness that shows up.

4. Refer to points one & two. :Smile_great:

Okay, so as you all know, camoflage has been added into the game. Well, I am not sick of German camos, I just wish to have a pack or ONE made to replace the camo on my VK3601 H (It is the "Camoflage Spots" the one with Brown on a Yellow background. Well, I was wondering of someone could create me a camo to replace that. Splittertarn or Black and Grey/Black and Tan Mottled or Striped or Splotches. I have two actual full requests if it is possible for someone to make these for me. I cannot offer you money, but I will forever respect and admire you.

This is one that I would like.

Another one which I would really like is medium grey lines on a black background. If you want to know what it looks like look up "Company Of Heroes Tiger Ace" on google images and it is the one that is black and grey.

Thanks in advance for whoever does this. if no one does it, than I guess I am S.O.L. Please, I would really love to have a custom camo made though!

Yours Truly,

King_Of_Chaos

Edit: Keep in mind these are not full skins. Only the camouflage that is bought in the camo store. I know it can be done, there is the thread on it. The reason why I am not making it is because I have no skill what so ever with programs to edit that kind of stuff. I don't own photoshop or gimp so I can't make these myself.  I am sorry for any trouble caused.

Some would probably like to camoflage their tanks the same way Richthofen's Flying Circus camoflaged their aircraft. Somehow, a bright red T-50  seems to fit. I just saw someone suggest a "paint box" what a wonderful idea! It would cost gold of course, and each color/application would have to be bought to put in the box for use, max of three colors at a time, and a pattern template to avoid lewd or insulting paint jobs.  This also avoids an episode of the B -24 named "The Dragon and it's tail from WW2.

I'd like to see more camo schemes and more accurate camo schemes on German vehicles, most of the current German schemes seem to be quite off in pattern and color, like nobody did their homework. None the less I am very appreciative that there are any camo schemes at all and I'm currently quite pleased rocking the two tone dark yellow and red-brown scheme on most of my German tanks. Also, could you extend the camo to the wheels?  :)

Historical BS? In that case I say we should be able to mix and match parts between tanks of all nationalities, cover them in bright yellow feathers like big bird, and drive them in the Temple map of Goldeneye for N64. And by the way, if that happens, I'll chop my PC in half with a battle axe and never play another online game again.

While not historically accurate, I wouldn't mind seeing some Invasion Stripes for American (and later British) tanks.

Why? Because it's simple, and it looks cool. Okay, maybe not as cool as it does on planes, but hey, until World of Warplanes comes out, I'm stuck tanking. :Smile-hiding:

What I would find fun to have as tank camo is the Dazzle camouflage (A.K.A. Frazzle Dazzle) from army/merchant ships.  :P

Holy crap! I just sh*t my pants with excitement! That looks F*CKING AMAZING! Except for one thing, if we're going for historical accuracy, I believe the Zimmerit pattern is wrong, it should be #1 in the following image:

Also, the Zimmerit pattern on the side of the turret should be parallel with the pattern on the side of the hull, not angled like it is.

Salute!  :Smile_honoring:

Another nice looking tri-tone scheme on a Panther, this one with IR equipment. Why don't we see any German vehicles with IR equipment? Not that it'd have to work, it just looks cool, like the turret mounted MG's on the IS-7 and Type 59...

Would anyone from the Dev team like to acknowledge that they are reading these posts.

Big question, when there are so many great schemes around how come the ones avaialble in game are so bad? That is from my point of view. There are only 2 that I care for and have used, the 1917 US pattern and my Chaffee is running the tropical pattern as it is close to the MERDC Red Desert that looks like what I drove back in the day.

However, no pattern has yet tempted me to spend GOLD, come on team, work harder to get my wallet open.

Agreed, there are only two German camouflage schemes I like (which could still use improvement), the two-tone camouflage "Spots" pattern and the early desert pattern, everything else is completely atrocious. Also, what's with the references to "light yellow"? If I'm not mistaken, the Germans never used a light yellow color in any of their camouflage schemes, only Dunkelgelb, come on guys!

The more accurate the camouflage looks, the better the game will look, not to piss on your doorstep, but look at what the boys over at FH2 have done and copy them.
