A great tool to use for easily disabling game features that can cause FPS drops. Here is the original RU forum post: http://forum.worldof...80-wot-tweaker/
Here is a very rough translation of some of that page (there is so much information there, that I recommend you visit the page):
To disable a feature, click the red X. To re-enable, click the green +. Very easy to use.
This program is safe and infection-free. I have uploaded it to my Rapidshare account for those who are uncomfortable downloading it through the link on the Russian forum.

Got it downloaded, and extracted, but I don't see an install file or an executable.

When i try to turn off effects, such as the clouds or smoke from destroyed tanks, i get a popup that says "action rejected". Is there a reason as to why it won't let me?

Thanks for the heads up on the updated version... have had 1.4 and vs 1.7... always good to use something to squeek a few more FPS outta my poor system... LOL... and this is a very easy to use program to do so with...

Tweaker just enables/disables game features (smoke/tree sway/clouds/etc...) giving you an FPS boost...
Gamebooster just works to shut down extra thangs on your PC to help speed it up for games you play...

been using it almost a month now, it works well with 7.1 and you only need to run it one time each time they come out with a new patch. For english, click on the Brittish flag.
