Hi, someone during a match had added me for the sole purpose that after the match he could verbally abuse me with racist and derogatory comments. How do and who do I report this person to?

Next time you should take screen shots of the convo and submit a ticket on the support site. You can try to submit one without the screen shot but I doubt anything will happen.

Don't bother. They're not going to do anything about it. It's a complete waste of time. I've been through it, had the entire replay, and nothing was ever done.

Just put in a support ticked and attach the screenshot. Next time you can also use the in game reporting by holding Ctrl, and clicking on his name and reporting that way. i believe its Ctrl, it could be "Alt" key but I believe its the Ctrl button.

The replay feature in game is good also if someone is being "verbally" abusive in chat. Just attach the file to the ticket to support.

There isnt a great deal to choose from, so most will come under *unfair play*

Eg, TKing, AFKing (or pretending to be) or if the guy is swearing a lot and calling you names, there is one just for that.
