Damage higher tier tanks.

All the tanks you killed were below you (except for the 3001) in tiers. Giving you fewer XP (and credits) in turn.

Also, you get XP for damage done, not kills.

Ya, did you finish them off or did you deal the majority of the damage against them?  Kills are stat fluff, damage is king.

Did you win the match? Did you just finish off already wounded tanks?

Take a look here for some info on getting XP WOT Wiki

B- Kill tanks that are of a higher tier than you.  KV-3 is tier VI, but the others are Tier IV, V, and VI respectively.  Your XP/Creds are modified by tier difference.  If they are lower tier than you, you get less, higher, you get more.  Thus, a hetzer killing a Panzer IV will get more for it than you in your KV-3.  Go for tough enemies, and not the easy kills.
C- Focus on damaging the enemy, not killing them.  Kills mean little, and landing the killing blow won't net you anywhere near as much as doing most of the damage.  If someone else knocked those four tanks down to 10% but you finished them off, they got most of the reward, as they should.
D- Make sure you win.  50% bonus.

EDIT: Ninja'd multiple times, I see.  :P

From what I know of it

Kills dont mean XP, Damage means more exp and credits which is why when people are waving their epeens around shouting I have 3 kills and you have none and I think to myself yes but I did 90% damage on all three of those and I will leave with more exp and credits.

I just wanted to add: survive the match.  You get a bonus for that too.

To earn more XP and credits, try to deal great amounts of damage. Do not waste your time hitting hetzers if you can shot higher tiers. Killing an anemy does not really afect the XP points.

Play Lights. That way, you get placed against higher tier enemies and this a bonus on most damage you do. You also have more of a chance of scouting and getting that XP as well; 50% of what arty and sniper damage yields if you are the only reason they can see the target. It's not uncommon for me to get >1000 xp and hardly fire at all.
