That reminds me, please don't ship internationally using UPS, they are the worst. I've been hit with "customs and brokerage" fees worth more than the value of the parcel before. Never a problem with any other courier.

I would have rather it been UPS.  They used USPS with priority mail which is great... if it actually arrived in 1-3 days like it's supposed to.  It's been at least 8 days (counting Saturdays) and I still haven't received my stuff.  

Hopefully I'll get my goodies on Monday.

Well, I know that we should allow USPS up to 10 business days.  So that's why I'm not giving WarGaming a hard time.  That's the only bad thing about them.  Whether you ship it standard or priority, you still get it on whatever day they decide.     Besides, as long as we get them I'll be happy.  We're getting them for free!

Just a quick question for all the winners...  Did you receive two new e-mails saying that they have shipped items to you?  I just got them yesterday.  I called my Post Office and asked them if they could see where the old items were and the new ones.  They said both the old items and new items have been electronically confirmed and shipped.  So this one is for the people at WarGaming...

Did you have to resend our items?
