Pretty much as the topic says, since the server migration I have had delays in control response. I can press 'a' and count to 3 before I start to turn left when its at its worst, other times I hit 'a' and maybe only wait a second. My ping is under 100ms consistently, I have a very solid and stable connection and have no issues like this in other online games I play. Similar issues apply to mouse commands, I click and anywhere between 1-3 second later it actually fires. Additionally I've noticed some chat delay occasionally as well, but that seems significantly less frequent.
The actual amount of delay is seemingly random, in the same battle it can range from no delay, to the full 3 seconds. It causes an issue in just about every battle as well, as you might imagine peaking out to take a shot and then duck back is damn near impossible as I take 2-6x longer than I would without the delay.
edit: Oh and the delay also manifests in not realizing I have let go of keys as well....so If I tap 'a' to turn left just a little bit it will act like I've held it down sometimes turning 60 degrees on a quick tap in my Lowe.

I have the exact same problem, and it just started today. I've never had lag in WoT before, and today it's horrendous. Server reticle (blue crosshairs) take 2-3 seconds to catch up to where I'm trying to aim, instead of the normal amount of time. The tank controls are also very non-responsive. Turning is an exercise in frustration.
I've rebooted my modem and router, thinking the problem was local, but doing multiple speed tests confirm that my connection is very stable with a 46 ms ping, 15mbps download, and 1.5mbps upload.

Good to see im not the only 1, been playing since july2010 and have never had lag like this. Ping shoots to 600+ sporadically...

I get it too. Sometimes I sit at the spawn point for over 2 minutes before I can move. Other times, I'll be running at full throttle and can't stop or turn, often running into an enemy gang, or a building, or the map edge. A couple of times I ran through the cap and couldn't get back, and once I sat near the cap and couldn't move into it. My ping never goes above 30 when this happens.

It was really bad for me today. Twice it cost a win when I couldn't stay in the cap. Just about every game I played was effected in one way or another by this.

I have the same problem with the game since the 8.0 update. My ping is usually below 100. Sometimes my tank gets stuck in a turn, will not move forward when i press the key, and will not stop when i press the key. It behaves as if the key is stuck. The escape key always works to bring the menu up, even if my tank is stuck in a turn and is not responding. Gameplay is very frustrating when you are behind cover and the tank keeps moving forward, exposing your flank, after I let off of the W key. I thought it was a hardware problem, but my hardware works without issue in other games. I ran into this issue on my laptop as well with identical symptoms. This issue did not occur on 7.5 (~600 games) and is a continual issue with this latest release. What can we do to get this issue addressed? If i wanted to play a frustrating game, I'd just go back to playing MW3 with all the cheaters.
