Its not going to replace the Type 59. From all that we know...

Any Tier5 heavy can be better than a T14.......because they is just so slow to turn and turn turret too.

Its like a beefed up T1 (armour) with the turret (speed) of a wolverine and the gun from a M3 Lee.

You say that because your highest-tier tank is tier 5.  Of course the Type-59 annihilates you; you're 3 tiers below it.

Personally, I don't hate the Type 59, but I do hate the sheer numbers in which it appears as opposed to any other premium tank.

I also think it was a little over reactive for it be removed from the store entirely, but that's not really my place to say.

I'm a Player from Chinese Server ，and I got a Type 62 ，It is a tier 6 light tank with 50mm max turret armor and 25mm max chassis armor , 690 HP ,average AP pen 130mm ,average AP damage 160 ,rate of fire 12 rounds/min . I think it is a good light tank but can not as the main .(My English is not very well , Please don't make fun of me )

With 25/50 armor it sure isn't going to be the pubstomper the 59 is.

T-62 is only for the chinese servers.

LONG time ago, Devs say they may get it on the servers Soon™

Not so long ago, however, they said that the Type-62 AND the Type-96 (Is the IS-3 the 96 or the 92?) will remain on the Chinese servers only for "a while..."
