Free, perhaps ... but it's still a business and businesses should not make promises and CONTINUALLY not meet them. Their GOAL is to have people WANT to pay, and more people would if the releases were a little more consistent and reliable.

Hello all, first of all, those of you who are saying that its just an eta or that the 1st quarter is not over yet, your missing the point. This isnt the first eta. We have been waiting for the m103/t110 for about 8 months now. It has been delayed over and over again, multiple missed ETA's. So understand that the last ETA was for December. Did it happen? no. So its not so much that they missed there deadline of February. Its that they missed the deadline time and time again for the American tanks. And this is the problem. Those of you just getting the t34 or t30 dont have a reason to complain because your just getting them. We have had these tanks for months now only to be let down time and time again. I rushed in Oct to get the t34 and t30 to try and make the December deadline and that never happened. Its easy to say well move down another tree line. Remember how much time and work it takes to get all the way to tier 10 on a new branch. And I have done this. I have the IS4 IS7 E100. But this is not the point. Its repeated delays and broken promises. Anyways, I love the game but just wish they would keep there deadlines or at least within 2 or 3 months of it. But 8 months? come on thats to much.

I myself would prefer smaller bitesized patches that are more regularly put up such at 'stat adjustments' rather than holding onto it for a BIG patch months away. Think about the  Clan emblem portion, why did it need to be attached? Same for the Crew Skills, if it's complete I would rather it be slipped out sooner than hooolding off for one  Huge patch

Wargames: Sets dates and during their in house testing find problems,they prioritize fixing the problems. We said the E series fenders and hatches were too weak,they listened. We said the Type 59 was swamping the game,they pulled it. These guys actually LISTEN. When we complained about certain maps,they held a poll to determin which maps need improvement.We have been moaning about US heavies for a while and while late they are in fact overhauling them to make them more competitive against tanks of their tier.

Dont believe me,go play EVE.

CCP Games,EVE Online: Delivers spectacular on time updates! They host test servers just about all year long! They also IGNORE/DENY massive screw ups like exploits and truely game/ship class breaking issues! They ignore their PAYING players,including their game testers. They cover their mistakes with flashy new updates that draw in new players and hope older players are passified by the sugar coated shit being fed them. I'm certain someone here will say "adapt or die" and yeah I did adapt. I quit adapting when I was shot down by players using the exploit mechanics,filed a petition,was told there is no exploit,a week later the exploit was "fixed" with patch listed only as "fixed exploits" and when I re-applied for a refund (of my ship of course) I was told if I do so again I'll be banned for 1 month by CCP *********. I will not pay to be threatened by a game Dev due to their screw up and failure to admit such.

I cannot speak for Blizzard,my experiance is limited to Diablo ll.

I want the M103 and premium T34 as bad as any of you and yes the delay is a bit disappionting but I would rather have it done correctly the first time.

This. All of this (except the Blizzard part, as I play SC2 also). I want my T110 something fierce, but more than that I want my T110 to be able to slug it out with the Russian and German Tier X lines, and if that means I wait a few more weeks, so be it. I'll wait. I'll get the very occasional CW battle in my T30, and I'll be overjoyed to get a kickass replacement for it once they're ready to release.

Yeah I did the same thing. In September 2011 WOT #43 came out and said that the American heavyline update would happen in Q1 2012. So the fear was that it could be as early has January. Hence the grind for T34 and T30.

So I guess what I am obviously missing, what was ETA before Q1? Was there an anouncement with an ETA before September 2011? Can you show the link.

As far as I can tell the only anounced ETA that has been blown is the second German and Russian TD lines.

Seems to me that the Devs are actualy doing a pritty good job.

Will 7.3 make the Q1 ETA ? kinda doubt it now but 7.2 is looking good.

I realize that this was delayed significantly before this one;  What I was saying was that this quarter was not over yet, so perhaps actually letting this deadline get missed before we all break out the torches and form the lynch mobs would at least be in order.  I have had a T34 for some time now...I play it regularly enough to keep the grind up for the T30.  If I get the T30 in time, great, if not, then I will be close to the T110 when/if it comes out.  It's just a game....I'm not all that worked up about it.

i have to say i have seen several "release anouncements" before here. they are often padded with some sort of "get it while you can" pitch when they are announced, and accompanied by some sort of date that is verbalized but not "etched in stone". If the grind now/ buy now before its too late with later added pushbacks are a sales tactic, its a terrible way to do business. i hope that WG really does have issues to resolve that cause these pushbacks and they arent just some scheme to develop and influx of sales brainstormed by some chronies on a marketing/ sales team.
to simplify...i would hope that these arent "bait and switch" tactics, but legitimate problems that delay planned releases.

I gave you neg  rep because it's a NOT free game (for players like me who pay) and I'm tired of people who don't pay for crap and not supporting it coming into the forums (like you) and being a not so nice person to other players. And most of us who are waiting for this patch already have the T34 and T30 and have been waiting for the replacements now for about 7 months now when they first mentioned replacing them. So please, don't come on here spouting "It's a free game, get over it". Us players who have spent money on the game for in game items and premium accounts and to support WG are tired of hearing that "It's a free game." I'm sure everyone knows it's a free game... the "FREE TO PLAY" might have given it away.

VERY well said and I couldn't agree more about EVE. One reason I don't "really" play it. I just build up toons and then sell them for real cash and use that cash for this game.

You sir are mistaken.  This game IS NOT FREE!!!! There are inumerable people, myself among them who PAY YOUR FREIGHT.  I have a premium account as well as several wallet warrior tanks.  Just because you are too cheap to pay, in no way gives you the right to demean some one else who chooses to complain.

The first ETA I recall seeing for the American heavy changeout was was something like late July or early August of 2011.
