Ótimo termos sidos lembrados pelo pessoal do WoT. Quem nos dera se mais de nossos compatriotas soubesse mais dessas histórias e menos de Big Brother, Neymar e Michel Teló.
FAB e FEB sempre!

jinxx71, thanks bringing this subject to the light. Unfortunately, there are more people in Italy that knows about FEB and FAB(Brazilian Air Force) tahn here in Brazil. This is Vargas politics' result: break all units as soon as they arrive from Italy, disbanding as many men as possible, making the freedom-fight willing disappear until Getulio's suicide.
I hope a similar history about our Air Force in Italy when WoWP comes to us.

This article has lack of historical accuracy.
1st: "Vargas as dictator". Getulio Vargas was president of Brazil FOUR times (sometimes elected by the people, sometimes not). AFTER the war, Vargas was overthrown, but was elected senator an as president later. Looks like Brazilians didn't hate so much Vargas. Really.
2nd: "Brazilian soldiers fought for democracy and they had not democracy in home". Maybe. But I'm waiting anxious for the article about "Black American Soldiers". If you think that war was only for democracy, that black US soldiers really had nothing to fight, because they had no democracy at home. You can watch Spike Lee's "Miracle at St Anna" to learn about that
