O que posso dizer é o seguinte, no Brasil residiam o maior número de membros do NSDAP fora da Alemanha entre 1931 a 1943 (após isso passou a operar na clandestinidade). Sendo obrigado a trocar de lado (diplomaticamente) no meio da guerra. Houveram sabotagens na costa atlântica e vários marinheiros brasileiros foram mortos em um ataque que supostamente teria vindo de um submarino alemão (o que hoje é considerado um absurdo).
Milhares de nazistas foram presos nesta época aqui no Brasil.
A verdade é que fomos a guerra contra nossa própria vontade...
Vocês sabem do que estou falando, Navios de Guerra torpedeados por americanos no litoral norte do Brasil... Baependi e o Itagiba... Para contrariar a opinião pública tentando defamar os países do Eixo (o qual o Brasil fazia parte antes de Pearl Harbour dia da infâmia)...

Its a good article but we should keep in mind the bravery of the untried Brasilian forces fighting veteran German elite units with old trash equipment. I would like to see as well an article on the mechanised Negro units in the US Army during the World War 2. They also were very valourous and killed many German tanks.

Curiosities of the FEB: (Força Expediciona Brasileira - Brazilian Expeditionary Force)

- The legend says that the brazilians was ready to keep the advance out of Italy before any american company, but the american commander hold us down.

- Walt Disney drew a mascot to us (and it's not Zé Carioca, fuck thank you to ask ¬¬), but we keeped one done by ourselfs.

- Our motto was "A cobra vai fumar", something like "The snake will smoke". An expression meaning something like "something impossible will happen" or "now its fucking seriouly" around here. (around here!? Maybe in northeast Brazil! Nobody speak something like that around here, in São Paulo state!)

- The brazilians named their guns with woman names, 'cause most of the soldiers didn't speak english and dont know how to pronounce their english names. (Ow... well... fortunately they know how to shot it)
- Before the war, Brazil was proned to the Axis, but neutral (both USA and Germany had plans to invade Brazil if needed). When USA joined the war, they offered us some monetary benefits, including funds to build the CSN, Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (National Steel Company), our first steel plant. Than we joined Allied side (Germany also sunk some of our merchant vessels before that... Hitler, always a coward backstabber)

- Apart from the FEB, FAB (Força Aérea Brasileira - Brazilian Air Force) also fought in the war.

No, Brazil didnt fought in WW1... despite The Battle of the Marmots! An armed brazilian trade ship saw something thet they thought was a periscope... AND SHOT THE CRAP OF IT!!! YEAH!!! WE SHOT IT A LOT, UNTIL IT STOP MOVING!!!... Did you guess the rest? We killed a lot of marmots... oh, yeah, die you evil creatures!!! (yes, embaracing but this is real)
