Yes, if your Mac has a capable enough graphics card. It's the same as any PC when in Boot Camp.

I've even see people play it through Parallels/VMWare but I would not recommend that

I'm running on a mid 2010 27" iMac with Win7 via bootcamp, works great. Can crank all settings and run 20-25 FPS, with some moderate reductions, but still looks fine - 30-35. On low, 50-55. IF... we can ever get a new ATI driver that would probably go up.

canirunit.com  i think is the name checks your system for most games out.  I havent used it in a long time as I havent had a comp Ive been worried about for a long time though lol.
