I would appreciate if the battles were more realistic, historically. For example, one of the most common light tanks for the US during WWII would be the M2, M3, and finally in 1941, M5 Stuart. Yet, more common as of late in WOT is the AMX series. Yet the AMX 13, as well as most of the AMX series was first built in the mid 1950's? All of which are a good 10 years after the US stopped building their tanks. This also applies to the BS of the Type 59, which as the name indicates, came into service in 1959. Almost 15 years after most tanks of it’s class. If we keep the Chinese Type 59 shouldn’t we have the US M60 tank that was first fielded in the US arsenal …wait for it…that’s right, in 1960.
Next, could you do something to the economics’ of the battles? This could and would influence the number of and the types of tanks on the WoT battlefield. Something similar to what you do to the Chaffee I think would be effective but to a stronger degree. The cost to use the Chaffee in a battle, even if your team is victorious, is skewed. The repair costs are often twice the earned credits for the fight. This seems to be an economic means to limit the different tanks used, so that a more historic battlefield exists. That way a battle would look a little more realistic and not have such a slanted and unrealistic slew of tanks. After all how many T29’s were actually fielded? None. The T29 never went past the prototype stage. This is true with many of these super heavy tanks. Because if you looked at a current WoT battle, you would think that the T29 or other super heavies, was as common as the M4 Sherman was.

were made and field tested America did in fact made the M6 its design was at first to have 4 turrets but as time passed it was brought down to only one holdin a 76mm gun most Russian tanks going down from the T-34-85 didnt excist intill the Postwar so to me and my opinon is to do reserach Wrgaming America. Lern before you do.

Dear Developers
World of tanks can achieve more revenue and expand its market by developing the following:
1 - Your market reflects more or less on the tanks meaning (more nations = more market)
2 - Timezones are your friend and sometimes your enemy , special battles , clan wars etc should not be locked at a certain timezone
3 - Introduction of something similar to historical battles similar to tank company warfare
4 - Introducing Ranks for players that they would be recognized by
5 - Introducing humans driving the tanks for example when the tank catches fire you will see tankers coming out of the tank in flames etc.
6 - Introducing new base structures that will act and respond like a fort
7 - Be able to convert silver to gold starting from 6,000,000 = 3000 gold
Best regards
Tiger Ace hreat idea 1+ to you good sir

no they out to get yuor money
Of course they are, but it is in exchange for a service. That is what makes an economy work. Not only that, but Wargaiming (presumably) makes a serious profit, and it's the business model that makes that possible. That is because, as a microtransaction business, they don't make money unless the content is good. That's the beauty of the internet! What I think sets Wargaming apart, though, is both the quality of the service and the integrity with which the exchange is managed. I've spent a fairly decent amount of my hard-earned dollars on this game, but I did so willingly, and because this game and its community so thoroughly stimulate my interests. Entertainment is everything these days.
Just claiming that "They are out to get your money" sounds derogatory and baseless. Show some class, my friend.

anyone that says its not dangerous to put your credit card info on line is crazy, its dangerous just like driving, but done safely and with precautions its all right. but you wanted us to share our intrests with you, so i will.
i love tank games, and war games involving war machines. i also love competitive balanced game play, its to bad that doesnt exist here. its pay to win so with that, its just a whatever game to me. i dont take it seriously and dont really care about stats or anything else. its just fun. no investment like other competitive games, with non pay to win games i always want more games and wins and kills and damage so my stats are better than the average and what not, to feel good about my play, but with pay to win, i just dont care.
with that its a great game. i enjoy the time i spend on it. i have bought alot of gold over the time i have been here, but i cant see that continuing, i have all the tier 10 tanks unlocked and now just need silver, so i am running my lowe mostly to get them, i am a collector and thats all thats really left for me in this game,
i do hope some day you decide to make this game more serious and competitive. till then, i plan to enjoy it, at lest till MW:O hits. f2p and not p2w, my kinda game. competitive and serious. less fluffy and pointless.

My problem with that question is that it is so absolute. It can be dangerous to put that info on the web. It can be dangerous to walk across the street.

They keep puttin this back up eh? So theyre either not getting the results they want, or the statistics are too low to get anything meaningful out of it.
They really need to expand the gift shop, take an example from World of Warcraft, they make a killing off of it, and a great deal of it isn't even "in-game" stuff.

I just wish the designers would restrict premium ammo to clan wars or other special events. I flat refuse to spend money unneccissarilly. All I play is the random battles & I am sick of getting one shot by folks that prefer to BUY a win instead of earning it by skill.

Well it's not that I don't trust WarGamming, it's that I don't trust all of the identity theft creepers out there. Even if you have Area 51 level encryption on your website a determined thief can and will get in. I prefer buying cards that have what I want on it and using the card's code, like a Visa. Of course this is coming from a guy who bought a $1200 laptop from Newegg, but that was after hearing so many good things about it.
As for the WoWp/WoWS argument I personally like airplanes more than boats, but I would love to be able to bombard my opponent with 16 inch guns. It's a really tough call. I know more about airplanes and I like flying around shredding things, especially with browning 50 calibers, but I wouldn't mind using an aircraft carrier and sending a squad to do all the work for me either.
