I dunno if there's a mod or a program out there that is solely PC based or a mod for this, But my suggestion for keeping track of these tanks is to put a check mark by the tanks you have killed in the research tech trees or a tank listing where the tanks you have killed can be X'd out so you know which ones you still need to kill in order to achieve this medal. Hell maby even an in-game medals tab that gives you the listing for every medal in the game and how to achieve them.

It's true that its somewhat annoying to not know what tank you have yet to destroy for the Master Tanker medal. However, knowing what tanks you have to kill will probably change the way you play in pub matches

Winning a match should come first rather than going for specific medals.

thanks PT, only problem is i don't speak russian. However it's saying that (from what i can make out of it) The 13 tanks i need to kill yet are -

Oui, a pic list would be helpful in trying to figure out what the KB-220/MTLS-1G14/БТ-СВ/СУ-85И are so i know what to subconciously keep my eye out for in randoms.

Now if only there was an in-game medal tracker eh

KB-220/MTLS-1G14/БТ-СВ/СУ-85И =The KV-220, MTLS-1G14, BT-SV, SU-85I

All of them are either Russian server exclusive, Alpha test gift tanks, pre-order tanks or have yet to be released. The PZ IV Hydraulic, A-32, Panzer V-IV  and PZ II Ausf. J can also be added to this list.

EDIT: out of all of these, the AT-1, H35 and T-15 are the only ones that count for the medal, so get hunting

That's just a way for people to rush to get their tier 7s and balance out the server population (its always either tier 2 heavy or tier 9 heavy )

You need to kill gift tanks too?  
Thats got to take forever to even get one. And a medal tracker would be nice, mayby a toggleable pop up in game(for those it pertains to) and a listing pop up in the garage.

You don't, the program you used didn't separate prem and non-prem tanks. "Special tanks" that are not currently or have yet to be sold do not count. Since the RU server has 10 times the NA population, its no problem for them. We, however, have a different medal.

try this website it, among other things, tells you what tanks you still need to kill: http://wot-dossier.appspot.com

you jut need to upload your Dossier file  it has instructions.

You do not need to destroy premium tanks.

You do not need to destroy gift tanks.   

You have to destroy all tanks present in all tech trees available by classic means of grind in game.

After you get Master Tanker you do not lose it even when more tanks show up.

Some are, like, only on the Russian servers.
