Usually happens when you try to start World of Tanks immediately after starting windows, but  before your network has finished connecting.   Is it continuing to do it?

Also, typically, if you just click start it will start the game even with the launch error (it is just getting a new background image for the launch at the moment).

What brygin said. I had this bug for a while. You can just hit start anyway.

Same problem here!
Made clean reinstalled World Of Tanks, the problem still the same.
The Launcher works only if i switch the Language (for the first start only). After that its become again.
